Domain Name Terms & Conditions
The contract between the Registrant and Reyaltec Ltd includes the following Terms and Conditions.
1 ) Reyaltec Ltd will consider all requests for domain name registration and accept or reject them in accordance with guidelines set by the relevant naming authorities:
Global domain registrations must abide by terms as set per the relevant naming authorities.

With regard to any complaint you may have affecting .uk (Nominet) domain names and you are not happy with the initial outcome of your complaint, then please feel free to escalate your issue to Nominet (the .uk registry) here: http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes/complaining-about-registrar/complaints-procedure.
2) Upon acceptance of registration requests Reyaltec Ltd will submit names for registration and make full registration upon receipt of payment.
3.) The domain name registration period runs for one year from the date of registration, unless specifically indicated that it is for multiple years. After this initial period you will
be invoiced prior to the renewal date at the prevailing renewal rate.
3.1) We do not have any hidden charges for domain-name related services we provide. Any value added services, such as maintenance we provide, are included in the price.
3.2) Domain names that are expiring due to clients failure to contact us or pay the renewal invoice, we will endevour to contact the client to prevent accidental expirations, however it is the clients responsibility to ensure payment is made prior to the domain name expiry date, which will be clearly displayed on all invoices and notices. We invoice renewable items including domain names in advance to allow clients plenty of time to make payment or contact us to cancel service. If clients require an extended timescale to do this, we can adjust billing to bring forward invoices and notices to accomodate.
3.3) To renew a domain name simply make payment of the invoice that will be sent out 14 days prior to the actual renewal date (longer in some cases as per 3.2). If there are financial difficulties or other problems that prevent making payment, please contact us to let us know and we will try to work out a solution with you.
3.4) Reyaltec Ltd do not charge if the client chooses to transfer their domain names to a new registrar, or cancelling the registration altogether. If the underlying registrar charges for this we would pass those costs on to the client, although this is not the practice of the main registrars we work with.
All domains are renewed on a annual basis. The renewal invoice will be be generated 14 days prior to the actual renewal date (althought this is flexible to allow it to come out sooner if clients prefer). We will send out reminder emails 28 days, 14 days and 7 days prior to the "invoice date" which is still 14 days in advance of the "renewal date". We will then send out weekly statements on account to remind clients to pay the invoice. We will send the emails to the email address on the account, it is the registrants responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date. Reyaltec Ltd take no responsibility if your domain renewal fails due to your contact details being incorrect. If you do not wish to renew a domain please make sure you contact us as soon as possible before your domain expires by emailing us. Alternatively if you wish to set your domain to auto renew, this can be managed by providing our accounts team with credit card data and requesting your invoices are auto paid at point of creation (applies to all invoices not just domain names). In this case, your domains will be auto renewed approx 14 days in advance of the domain name expiring at the time the advance invoice is generated.
Nominet (.uk) domains: If you do not renew your domain before its expiry date it will have all services we provide suspended and you will have up to 30 days (protected period) after to renew the domain name at the original renewal fee. Please log into the client portal area to view outstanding invoices. After 30 days your domain will be suspended and will go into a 60 day grace period which you can still renew your domain name but may be subject to an additional redemption fee as imposed by the registrar. This must be requested by email before the 80th day after your domain has expired, after 90 days your domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register and made available for resale through a third party registrar. Reyaltec Ltd will not guarantee the renewal of a domain name.

of a domain name if any outstanding monies are owed to them by the registrant.
6.) Reyaltec Ltd processes domain registration requests on a first come, first served basis. Until the registrant receives confirmation from Reyaltec Ltd that the name has been submitted for registration, there is no guarantee that the domain name requested has been registered.
7.) Reyaltec Ltd may cancel or halt domain name registrations under certain circumstances. One of these is if the completion of the registration puts Reyaltec Ltd in conflict with guidelines set by the relevant naming authority.
8.) Reyaltec Ltd does not accept any responsibility for the use of registered domain names, especially where there may be conflict over rights to ownership.
9.) The registrant agrees that all details submitted in respect of a domain name registration are true and correct.
10.) In the event of a domain dispute the registrant must be able to demonstrate that the registration of a domain name and the way in which it is used (directly or indirectly) does not infringe the legal rights of any third party.
11.) The registrant indemnifies Reyaltec Ltd from any legal proceedings and costs that arise as a result of the registration of a domain name.
12.) Data submitted by the registrant pertaining to the registration of a domain name will not be made available to other organisations and members of the public, apart from that made public by the relevant naming authority.
13.) Reyaltec Ltd reserves the right to make alterations to the terms and conditions of domain name registration at any time.
14.) Transfers and renewals of domain names will be made under the Reyaltec Ltd terms and conditions of domain name registration in force at the time of renewal or transfer.
15.) These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Reyaltec Ltd and the registrant of the domain name. These terms and conditions replace all prior agreements whether verbal or in written form.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
