Our plans are housed on advanced, high spec, Windows 2003 .NET servers housed in a Data Centre in Maidenhead UK which is state-of-the art with full security, airconditioning, power backup and fire detection/suppression systems
Our servers are fully managed on several tiers. Day to day management and updates we carry out ourselves, but as backup we have a dedicated team of Technicians available who have full access to our Support Ticket System for quick resolution of any emergency issues, should they arise.
You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time on a pro-rata basis. We will simply raise an invoice to cover the additional pro-rata cost up to your next renewal date. There is a one-off 25 additional charge per account upgrade.
